Cardio- intervals of sprinting and walking with warm up and cool down (shouldnt last more than 15 min) 3 or more days a week.
weight lifting- you need to build muscle to burn fat and keep fat off (low reps and good amount of weight builds muscle).
Eating well- eat foods that haven't been processed that much (no fast food), veggies, stay away from soda and sometimes milk.
Ab exercises- should have your shoulders and legs off the ground the whole time and slowly contract then slowly come back (the number
of these situps shouldn't be that high because they are supposed to be intense), do about 4 sets of these every other day.
